Our Story

VedicPot Private Limited is founded by Ayur-Vedic Cuisines Expert & Vedic Concept Designer Dr. Meera Sapariya (MD. Ayu. (KC) & Professor) who is passionate about creating healthy and delicious ayurvedic sweets. She believed that everyone should be able to enjoy sweets without sacrificing own health. That's why Dr. Meera set out to create a new range of sweets which are made with Ayurvedic ingredients and that offered a range of health benefits. VedicPot started as a small business has grown into a beloved brand, renowned for its dedication to quality and creativity. In ancient times, knowledge of Vedic and Ayurvedic cooking (Pakvidya) was imparted in India. Vedic cooking is not just about innovative recipes, but about following every principle of Vedic and Ayurveda in cooking methods. Principles stated in Ayurveda literatures, such as day-night food routine, selection of food according to seasons, Dietetic Incompatibility (Virudhha Ahaar), Vedic diet, Vedic kitchen, qualities of cook, inspection and observation of food by cook (Rajvaidya), qualities of food server, qualities of food ingredients, Properties of utensils used in cooking and serving, Right combination of food, food rituals, Importance of five elements(Panchamahabhuta) in food, We follow all these things to create various products of VedicPot.
